Time is running out! There are only a couple of weeks left to enter the Illinois Solar Education Association (ISEA)’s Rivian Raffle!

ISEA has been raffling off an electric vehicle for more than a decade now. Though, this is only the second year that they are offering a Rivian. The raffle winner will get to choose between an R1T or an R1S. Why Rivian? Their mission to design and produce electric vehicles as sustainably as possible dovetails with ISEA’s mission to educate and advocate for solar energy. Plus, they’re some of the coolest cars on the market!

And what better way is there to celebrate the upcoming Earth Day than treating yourself to a (hopefully) winning ticket for a luxury EV while supporting the widespread adoption of renewable energy at the same time?

Entering the Rivian Raffle means supporting ISEA’s mission over the past 40+ years to see Illinois transition into a sustainable future by providing solar resources to homeowners, businesses, and policymakers. ISEA is a small nonprofit working to make a big change, so every ticket purchase really goes directly towards making our world a greener place — and gives you the chance to win one of these amazing cars!

One ticket costs $100, but you can increase your chances by buying 4 for $300. Only 3000 tickets will be sold. Better hurry! The Raffle ends May 1st!

Buy your tickets here.

Scott Cooney

Scott Cooney (LinkedIn) is a serial eco-entrepreneur focused on making the world a better place for all its residents. Scott is the founder of CleanTechnica and was just smart enough to hire someone smarter than him to run it. He then started Pono Home, a service that greens homes, which has performed efficiency retrofits on more than 20,000 homes and small businesses, reducing carbon pollution by more than 27 million pounds a year and saving customers more than $6.3 million a year on their utilities. Scott wanted to contribute to native ownership of the clean energy revolution, so he gifted Pono Home to a long tenured employee with native Hawaiian roots for just the liquidation value, turning down a mainland company interested in purchasing the company. In a previous life, Scott was an adjunct professor of Sustainability in the MBA program at the University of Hawai'i, a consultant at Saatchi & Saatchi S, where he worked with a team to educate and empower millions of employees to live healthier and more sustainably. He is the author of Build a Green Small Business: Profitable Ways to Become an Ecopreneur (McGraw-Hill) , and Green Living Ideas. Scott is an occasional investor, currently he has investments in Rivian (RIVN).
